- Made for your sport. Karate, tennis and football have their own rounds: feint or attack, the serve, the pass.
- Assessment and programmes. An 8-dimension profile and 4- or 8-week programmes.
- For coaches. A weekly report and how in sync the team reacts.
Today's challenge: #24 · Included in the PlanSports subscription: 29 RON per month per account, first 7 days free.

How it works
1. Warm-up
A short drill to get used to the screen and the pace.
2. Three rounds
Three games picked for the day. The first two are the same for everyone; the third can be specific to your sport.
3. The score
Between 0 and 1000: 700 points for accuracy and 300 for speed, weighted by accuracy.
For coaches and clubs
- Start a synchronised session with several athletes, each on their own phone.
- See your athletes' profiles on eight axes side by side, and how in sync the team reacts.
- The club leaderboard, for athletes who want to appear in it.
- A weekly report and 4- or 8-week programmes.

Arena does not measure intelligence, talent or health, and it does not decide team selection on its own. The score describes performance in that day's games, on the device used.
